Marco DiFede is the founder and creator of BRKLYN PIZZA CO, a newly opened pizza joint in SoHo Hong Kong. Born in New Jersey with Sicilian roots, DiFede enjoyed a career in the tech world & international consulting. However, his passion for pizza and dough-making eventually led him to switch gears and pursue his dream of creating the best pizza possible.
DiFede's goal was to influence international pizza culture by introducing a Neo-New York pizza.
