Our story begins with "Marco" Di Fede, a passionate visionary who set out to create a culinary haven that captures the essence of New York's beloved pizza and Italian-American cuisine. Marco's journey started by meticulously crafting his own unique pizza dough, ensuring each bite carries the true spirit of New York's finest pizzerias.

To make our dishes even more exceptional, we've taken a bold step—curating classic pasta recipes with a twist. We shop the local markets for the freshest ingredients, to infuse the flavors of Hong Kong into our Italian-inspired creations. But we didn't stop there; to maintain the authenticity and recreate the flavors of New York's Italian-American dishes, we import premium Italian products that elevate every bite.

Inspiration from Brooklyn

​Marco DiFede, the founder of BRKLYN Pizza Co., hails from New Jersey, just 20 minutes away from the culturally rich borough of Brooklyn. As the son of Sicilian immigrants, he grew up immersed in the traditions of the "old country" and developed a passion for cooking as a Sunday chef. When it came time to develop the concept for BRKLYN Pizza Co., Marco traveled back to New York for inspiration, aiming to capture the soul of a New York pizza while honoring its Italian origins.

The Tech World and Beyond

After venturing into the tech world and international consulting, Marco's love for pizza and the art of dough-making never waned. It was the distinct aroma of freshly baked pizza and the camaraderie of pizzerias that drew him back to his culinary roots.
